Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst for a remote contract role. This position involves providing expert technical guidance and support for the development and troubleshooting of computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer consultations and solution recommendations for enterprise content management software.
  • Create detailed process documentation outlining current and future states.
  • Utilize various information-gathering techniques to define and document complex business data requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement within existing systems.
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to refine business processes.
  • Conduct and document impact analyses, ensuring thorough understanding of system changes.
  • Manage requirements traceability and create functional specifications for data models and customizations.
  • Support the implementation process with comprehensive documentation.
  • Develop design changes and collaborate on integration into existing environments.
  • Assist in data cleanup activities and prepare test data for validation.
  • Implement and support testing activities, including the creation of test plans and cases.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and engage with team members to meet project milestones.
  • Build strong relationships with IT, business, and sourcing partners.
  • Create training materials for both business and technical audiences.
  • Conduct training sessions, both in-person and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for system challenges.
  • Demonstrate experience with enterprise content management software.
  • Exhibit strong business analysis and communication skills.
  • Possess development and systems/data analysis capabilities.
  • Deliver business analysis outputs, including process diagrams and design specifications.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Show proficiency in customer relations, time management, and critical thinking.
  • Have intermediate skills in SharePoint and MS Office.
