Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of the Epic system
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex incidents not resolved by the user or Tier I support
- Produce knowledge articles, architecture documents, and strategic plans to guide the technical strategy of the department
- Maintain system integrity and lead others to solve complex problems
- Lead and mentor teams, assist managers in prioritizing work, and lead projects or project steps within a broader project
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and design quality clinical builds
- Follow and coach teams to adhere to standards for internal build, build documentation, and build change processes
- Participate in committees, project teams, and performance/process improvements as a content expert and advisor
