Essential Duties:
- Provide expert analysis on utility transmission and distribution systems.
- Engage in policy development and regulatory processes related to utility operations.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to address emerging energy issues.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technologies, Physical Sciences, or a related field, combined with four years of relevant professional experience, is required. Alternatively, seven years of experience in utility system operations may be considered.
Preferred Skills:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oregon.
- Experience in assessing electric utility reliability and resource plans.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and conduct comprehensive analyses.
