Frozen Beverage Sales Manager - K-12

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Frazil team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our 100% juice program in K-12 schools nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet territory sales goals and new placement targets.
  • Manage and attend tradeshows within your assigned book of business.
  • Provide onsite and virtual sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Provide updates and reporting to the Freezing Point senior leadership team.
  • Work closely with internal groups including service, logistics, and marketing.
  • Monitor regional and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary in-office liaison for the completion of sales and onboarding of new customers.
  • Complete all administrative work associated with the sales cycle including bid proposals, CRM system updates, notation, contract management, call-backs, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
  • Experience in B2B sales, K-12 or CPG strongly preferred.
  • Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals, with the data to prove it.
  • Advanced experience with sales technology including building and maintaining power point presentations, managing a sales CRM, and working with large data sets in Excel.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 + Commission.
  • Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, Supplemental Insurance, Flexible Time Off, Paid Holidays, and 401k.
