We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Client Procurement Services for our hospitality and lodging sector, recognized as one of our most rapidly growing strategic areas. This position is designed for remote work, with a preference for candidates located near major airports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete P&L accountability for clients within the hospitality and lodging sector, ensuring the attainment of defined financial objectives through the planning, execution, and assessment of dynamic business strategies, considering both short- and long-term goals, necessary resources, and service scope.
  • Develop and manage the strategic segment plan, collaborating with executive leadership to align with the organization’s overarching strategy.
  • Lead a team of professionals to guarantee client retention and growth in alignment with organizational targets.
  • Establish, manage, and nurture all facets of segment relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams in finance, sales, value analysis, and marketing to enhance and retain the assigned segment, expand the Web of Influence, and provide coaching to both direct and indirect teams.
  • Engage in direct and indirect client interactions as needed, conducting thorough analyses of opportunities, and interpreting, communicating, and coordinating all functions that support the implementation of contracted services and product optimization to enhance financial performance and client satisfaction.
  • Assist Entegra and Sodexo in business development initiatives and collaborate with teams during the sales process to foster organizational growth.
  • Facilitate growth and connectivity, coordinating activities with manufacturer partners and clients, as well as local and direct teams, to achieve financial objectives.
  • Demonstrate proven success in influencing and collaborating with C-Suite executives and Chief Procurement Officers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in National Account Management with direct client engagement at the executive level.
  • 5-10 years of experience within the lodging or hotel industry.
  • More than 5 years of management experience leading a highly engaged team of professionals.
  • Experience with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in negotiation and deal-making processes.
  • Strong leadership and influence capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with robust financial acumen.
