Position Summary:

The Senior Client Services Consultant for Commercial Risk collaborates closely with advisors and specialized client service teams to assess client needs, analyze data, and develop effective risk management strategies that align with clients' financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and allocate premiums efficiently.
  • Draft and revise renewal proposals as necessary.
  • Compile documentation for market presentations.
  • Generate applications, insurance summaries, and related coverage documents.
  • Support client service teams in creating presentation materials.
  • Analyze complex data sets and produce comprehensive reports independently.
  • Input data into relevant insurance software systems.
  • Manage intricate audits and complete associated worksheets.
  • Review contract stipulations for complex certification requests.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of quotes.
  • Provide quotes for flood and builder's risk policies upon request.
  • Handle processed-based quoting for assigned accounts.
  • Oversee the renewal of bonds and flood insurance policies.
  • Identify and follow up on binding subjectivities.
  • Mentor and train junior analysts.
  • Execute special projects as assigned.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the firm.
  • Communicate issues and discrepancies to appropriate leadership.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector required; 3+ years preferred.
  • Licenses: Must maintain all necessary licenses as mandated by the State Department of Insurance.
