Position Summary:

The Senior Client Service Consultant for Commercial Risk collaborates closely with advisors, specialists in various business lines, and dedicated client service professionals. This role involves analyzing client data, assessing needs, and assisting in the development of effective risk management solutions aimed at achieving clients' financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare premium allocations.
  • Draft and update renewal proposals.
  • Compile documents for market presentations.
  • Generate applications, insurance summaries, and other related documentation.
  • Support client service teams in creating presentation materials.
  • Analyze complex data and compile reports independently.
  • Input data into relevant insurance company and firm software systems.
  • Manage complex audits and complete audit worksheets.
  • Review contract requirements for intricate certification requests.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of quotes.
  • Provide quotes for flood and builder's risk policies as requested.
  • Oversee processed-based quoting for assigned accounts.
  • Facilitate the renewal of bonds and flood policies.
  • Identify and follow up on binding subjectivities.
  • Mentor and train junior analysts.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Seek opportunities for process improvement within the firm.
  • Report issues and discrepancies to appropriate leadership.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector; 3+ years preferred.
  • Licenses: Must maintain all necessary licenses as mandated by the State Department of Insurance or be willing to obtain them within the first 90 days of employment.

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn additional software programs as necessary.
