Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive/Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for achieving financial goals by implementing marketing and sales strategies in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively sell and promote our services to skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, senior living facilities, and senior communities.
  • Establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources, including administrators, case workers, event planners, and social workers.
  • Partner with the clinical team to ensure the highest level of service and support to our patients, referral sources, and community.
  • Develop and implement quarterly Strategic Business Plans and maintain target lists.
  • Identify and appropriately resolve referral source concerns and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate expense reports, weekly territory reports, and account profile sheets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective technical selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
  • Must be comfortable making cold calls and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
