About You

As a Patient Care Coordinator at KidMed, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of our patient care process. Your primary responsibilities will include escorting patients from triage to the designated room and transporting specimens to the lab. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Escort patients from triage areas to designated rooms promptly and efficiently.
  • Transport specimens from patient rooms to the lab, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients and their families, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:
