As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:


Directing and inspiring a team in the daily oversight of project safety, quality, timelines, budget management, contracts, risk assessment, supplier coordination, proposal preparation, documentation management, client relations, and other essential tasks necessary for executing Design-Only, Engineer Procure Construct (EPC), Construction Management, and Program Management projects.

The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion and may take on the role of EPC Project Manager or Program Manager, providing mentorship to others in these positions as needed.

This role is accountable for the comprehensive execution and successful delivery of projects within the established timeline and budget.

Key Duties:

  • Provide leadership and direction for all facets of multi-discipline engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, engineering standards, procurement processes, construction practices, environmental regulations, project controls, and community relations.
  • Establish project teams, coordinate activities across various disciplines, and ensure effective and economical use of personnel.
  • Oversee all aspects of project communication.
  • Lead the Project Management team in developing request for proposal (RFP) packages, managing the bidding and selection process, and preparing scope of work documents.
  • Develop and monitor project timelines, manage project scope, and control project expenditures.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, handling coordination, strategic planning, budget management, subcontracting, project staffing, environmental compliance, and schedule adherence.
  • Manage the review, negotiation, approval, and execution of contracts and change orders.
  • Conduct internal and external project risk assessments and consult with the Risk Department as necessary.
  • Oversee project controls, including cost reporting, scheduling, project work breakdown structure, and field progress tracking.
  • Monitor project progress and provide insights on areas of concern, guiding efforts to enhance project schedules, productivity, budgets, quality, and overall profitability.
  • Manage contract closeout processes.
  • Generate new business opportunities by fostering new client relationships or leveraging existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs, training, and policies, promoting a safe work environment for project team members and subcontractors.
  • Participate in industry conferences and committees.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
  • Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes and compliance with company safety policies.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred experience includes working on construction project sites or managing programs in sectors such as aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, or water.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills are essential.

Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (owners, contractors, engineers, designers) in a multi-disciplinary project team environment to resolve design or drawing challenges and achieve objectives.

Extensive experience with document control, scheduling, cost management, and project management software is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $70-$80 per hour

Compensation will be determined based on factors such as education, work experience, job location, specific responsibilities, and certifications.
