About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Partner Development Manager to join our Global Customer Development team at Amazon Ads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating new partnerships and driving revenue growth for emerging ads products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closing high-impact partnerships that drive revenue, product adoption, and strategic outcomes for Amazon Ads
  • Managing a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners, influencing their tech and GTM strategy
  • Representing Amazon to C-Suite leaders at partner companies
  • Deep understanding of technical business models and product integrations
  • Working cross-functionally across product, tech, sales, legal, and finance to drive initiatives and programs
  • Driving innovation to address opportunities for enhanced partner growth at scale
  • Setting and owning robust goals for revenue, product adoption, and strategic actions
  • Leading with an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional or military experience
  • 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Preferred: MBA, experience thinking and working creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategy within a partner ecosystem

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
