Marketing and Sales Advisor

POSITION SUMMARY
Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a dedicated marketing and sales expert responsible for driving the growth of assigned accounts, identifying new opportunities, fostering strong relationships with current clients, and building a network to support overall account expansion. Marketing Consultants are also expected to learn and leverage the entire Sinclair portfolio of assets when crafting solutions and generating proposals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver accurate weekly revenue forecasts within a margin of plus or minus 2% by utilizing in-house sales tools and data-rich systems to develop a practical and actionable business plan aimed at achieving individual targets.
Continuously maintain and expand a portfolio of business or list of accounts while nurturing a pipeline of potential opportunities by actively seeking methods to enhance the spending of existing clients.
Design impactful marketing campaigns for clients and conduct regular business reviews to ensure that campaigns align with client objectives and exceed expectations.
Evaluate key metrics within sales reports, remain aware of market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Deliver exceptional customer service to establish a brand reputation for reliability, consistency, and credibility, while also building personal rapport and likability with local business owners and professional networks.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Familiarity with multi-channel marketing solutions and sales strategies
- Understanding of CRM systems and sales management tools
- Ability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
- High-level proficiency with MS Office applications
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
