Role Summary: The Sales Solutions Engineer at BluePeak Advisors will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, offering technical insights, and ensuring outstanding client support. This position demands a unique combination of sales expertise and technical knowledge to effectively articulate the advantages of our advanced voice solutions to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a sales strategy aimed at achieving and surpassing sales objectives for voice solutions.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to potential clients, identifying their requirements and suggesting customized voice solutions.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and advantages of our voice services.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the viability and successful deployment of proposed solutions.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and service agreements against both company capabilities and client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies in the voice solutions sector.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence to uncover new sales prospects and market needs.
  • Offer insights and suggestions to enhance product offerings and sales tactics.
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.
  • Engage in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to advocate for our voice solutions.
  • Undertake additional related tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in voice/data/video communication services.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical account management or a similar combination of education and experience.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening upon job offer acceptance.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report check are required.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Proficient in Google Earth or similar mapping/GIS software, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Comprehensive understanding of enterprise solutions, including but not limited to DWDM circuits, TDM services from T1 to OCx, FTTx, Ethernet, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN architecture, WiFi Network Design, Direct Internet Access, Wi-Fi, and VoIP.
  • A consultative approach to solution provision is necessary.
  • Strong ability to cultivate long-term business relationships with key technical stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting various deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and sales skills.
