POSITION OVERVIEW

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a dedicated marketing and sales expert who will be accountable for enhancing the growth of designated accounts, identifying new business prospects, fostering robust relationships with current clients, and building a network to support overall account expansion. Marketing Consultants are also expected to familiarize themselves with the complete Sinclair portfolio of offerings when devising solutions and crafting proposals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide accurate weekly revenue projections within a margin of 2% by leveraging internal sales tools and data-driven systems to formulate a practical and actionable business strategy to achieve personal targets.

Continuously develop and expand a portfolio of accounts while nurturing a pipeline of potential business opportunities by proactively exploring avenues to enhance spending from existing clients.

Design impactful marketing initiatives for clients and conduct regular business evaluations to ensure that campaigns align with client objectives and surpass expectations.

Evaluate critical data metrics within sales reports, stay informed about market dynamics, competitor actions, and customer insights, and modify strategies as necessary to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Deliver exceptional customer service to establish a brand reputation characterized by reliability, consistency, and trustworthiness, while also cultivating a personal connection with local business owners and professional networks.

  • Understanding of multi-channel marketing solutions and sales strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Ability to swiftly adapt in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
