POSITION OVERVIEW

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a dynamic marketing and sales professional dedicated to fostering growth within assigned accounts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing a robust network to enhance overall account performance. Marketing Specialists are expected to leverage the full Sinclair portfolio of resources to devise effective solutions and proposals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide accurate weekly revenue projections within a margin of 2% by utilizing internal sales tools and data-driven systems to formulate a practical business strategy aimed at achieving personal targets.

Continuously develop a portfolio of accounts and maintain a pipeline of potential business by actively exploring avenues to increase expenditure from current clients.

Design impactful marketing initiatives for clients and conduct regular business assessments to ensure that campaigns align with client objectives and surpass expectations.

Evaluate critical data points from sales reports, stay informed about market dynamics, competitor actions, and customer insights, and modify strategies as necessary to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Deliver exceptional customer service to build a brand reputation characterized by reliability, consistency, and trustworthiness, while also establishing a personal connection with local business leaders and professional networks.
