Job Summary

CSB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Market Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Market Advisor, you will be responsible for selling and marketing our life insurance products to seniors in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage leads in your sales territory to close sales efficiently.
  • Earn new customers and establish long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote targeted life insurance products and services in your territory to increase new policy buys and growth of life insurance policy premiums paid.
  • Understand customer needs and resolve queries to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Engage and educate prospects to upsell from our range of exciting products.
  • Nurture, maintain, and grow focused productive business networks in your assigned territory.
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience utilizing our proven sales processes and strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics/KPI's and assigned sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in short-cycle selling.
  • Ability to close sales and document success in outside sales, achieving targeted sales goals.
  • Result-oriented, process-driven attitude with a mindset to commit to following a system.
  • Ability to commit at least 30-35 hours minimum per week.
  • Ability to use CRM platforms and associated technology enablers for sales processes.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with an ability to leverage mentorship/coaching.
  • Go-getter enthusiastic approach with an ability to multi-task and take ownership.
  • Excellent oral and written business communication skills with strong email and phone etiquette.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain customer relationships, professionalism, and high ethical standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a high-performance team.
  • Access to a vehicle with a valid driving license is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain an active insurance license necessary; active license strongly preferred.
  • Own iPad and technology savvy.

Academic Qualifications

Minimum High School degree or equivalent from a recognized educational institution. College degree preferred but can be offset by commensurate experience in a similar role.
