Position Overview:

The Sales and Distribution Associate is integral to driving sales and improving product availability along a designated route. Key Responsibilities:
  • Boost retail performance by implementing established sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members involved in delivery.
  • Respond to customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Enhance retail execution in assigned accounts in accordance with established standards.
  • Increase brand visibility through effective shelf management techniques.
  • Ensure product quality by providing fresh and undamaged items for sale.
  • Utilize ordering systems effectively to manage stock levels and avoid shortages.
  • Facilitate the permanent placement of promotional materials along the route.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks promptly.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to understand safety protocols, manuals, and operational guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in mathematical calculations.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Demands:

In this role, the employee is expected to:

  • Frequently reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally stand, walk, sit, and climb.
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly.
