Join Volt Management as a Marketing Operations Audience Coordinator.

In this role, you will be pivotal in driving subscriber acquisition and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Subscriber Growth: Lead initiatives aimed at expanding our subscriber base through effective marketing strategies.
  • Managing Audience Data: Oversee the distribution of first-party audience data across various marketing platforms using advanced data management tools.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and provide updates on key audience-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Auditing and Updating: Regularly review and enhance our global audience setup to meet evolving requirements.
  • Process Development: Create and maintain processes and tracking materials that comply with privacy and legal standards across business units.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with channel teams to assess audience implementation and activation across partner platforms.
  • Request Management: Handle intake and prioritization of cross-line-of-business requests and initiatives.
  • Utilizing Project Management Tools: Employ tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Google Sheets for effective project tracking and management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Performance Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Experience in either in-house marketing or agency settings.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record in process development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing and Advertising Technologies, including audience segmentation tools and trends.
  • Experience across various marketing channels, such as social media, programmatic advertising, search, and CTV, to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals.

Compensation: The pay rate for this position ranges from $45.00 to $55.00 per hour, depending on experience.
