Position Overview:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will deliver nursing services within the defined scope of practice as established by state regulations. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient visits and provide nursing care according to the established care plan.
- Participate in the in-service training programs as per company policy.
- Document progress notes for each patient visit and submit them to the agency on a daily basis.
- Engage in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- A valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
- CPR Certification.
