Job Description

We are a dynamic Marketing Agency specializing in creating and executing innovative promotional outreach campaigns for our clients across various industries. Our team of passionate and driven professionals work together in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.

We are currently seeking 3-5 Promotional Outreach Representatives to join our team and assist us in our expansion efforts. As a Promotional Outreach Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Crafting and executing promotional outreach campaigns for local communities
  • Facilitating customer engagement through strong relationship-building, consultative communications techniques, and active-listening skills
  • Monitoring and identifying potential product and service risks and providing real-time feedback to clients for improvement
  • Creating training materials for new employees and updating them with new product, service, and promotional information
  • Communicating and engaging with customers in local markets to drive brand awareness and increase market share for our clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a communications-centric role
  • Prior experience working in an accelerated and entrepreneurial team environment
  • Knowledge of basic communications techniques and promotional outreach strategies
  • Proven track record of establishing long-lasting, positive client relationships

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 2-3 years' of customer success or client relations experience
  • Experience working hands-on with clients or customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, driven, and dynamic personality
  • Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team player
