Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with each client account.
  • Drive sales performance by providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Meet productivity targets through effective negotiation and upselling techniques.
  • Serve as a product knowledge authority, guiding sales discussions with product advantages rather than discounts.
  • Deliver customer support and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with fellow Junior Sales Representatives to brainstorm innovative strategies for maximizing sales and profit margins.

Qualifications:

  • An associate's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar entry-level role is required.
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • A willingness to learn and a desire for continuous improvement.
