We are currently seeking a Practical Nursing Specialist for our dedicated healthcare team.

Compensation: $63,000 - $82,000 annually ($30 - $40/hour)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing services within the defined scope of practice as per state regulations and the established care plan, collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Conduct patient visits and provide nursing care as outlined in the care plan.
- Participate in the in-service training program in accordance with company policy.
- Document progress notes for each patient visit and submit them to the agency on a daily basis.
- Engage in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

Licensure Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
- CPR Certification is mandatory.
