Join Volt Management as a Marketing Operations Audience Coordinator.

In this role, you will be pivotal in driving subscriber growth through effective marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the management and distribution of first-party audiences across various marketing platforms using advanced data management tools.
  • Project managing and providing updates on essential audience initiatives.
  • Conducting audits and updates on our global audience setup and requirements.
  • Developing processes and tracking materials for internal teams that comply with privacy and legal standards across business units.
  • Collaborating with channel teams to assess audience implementation and activation across platform partners.
  • Managing the intake and prioritization of cross-line of business requests and initiatives.
  • Utilizing comprehensive project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Google Sheets.

This position is a hybrid contract opportunity, requiring on-site presence for part of the week.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Performance Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Experience in either in-house marketing or agency settings.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a proven track record in process development and execution.
  • A strong foundation in Marketing and Advertising Technologies, including familiarity with audience segmentation tools and strategies (e.g., tag managers, DMPs, and CDPs/CCDPs) and trends (e.g., identity resolution, global privacy regulations).
  • Experience working across various marketing channels such as social media, programmatic advertising, search, and CTV to achieve customer acquisition and retention objectives.

Compensation: The pay rate ranges from $45.00 to $55.00 per hour, depending on experience.
