Role Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all technical quality assurance standards for construction are adhered to during inspections. This includes conducting quality control assessments by evaluating the work completed by both contract and in-house technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently support all initiatives to ensure compliance with field construction quality standards as specified for each project.
  • Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations such as OSHA and FCC, and following established Quality Assurance Guidelines.
  • Engage with business clients and representatives, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the construction project requirements.
  • Assist supervisors in addressing any substandard workmanship to guarantee that all work meets both customer and company specifications.
  • Identify and report persistent quality issues or other factors that may affect the client-company relationship to a supervisor.
  • Review quality standards audit programs to confirm that all work meets client specifications prior to invoicing.
  • Utilize and demonstrate proficiency with construction tools, equipment, and information to enhance quality outcomes.
  • Document inspection results in the company database in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Operate communication devices in line with company policies.
  • Drive a company vehicle safely and responsibly, ensuring it is clean, maintained, stocked, and secured according to company standards.
  • Comply with industry-specific, local, state, and federal regulations as applicable.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Contribute to fostering a quality-focused culture across all project and field offices.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Strong financial management capabilities, including forecasting, analysis, and planning.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
Working Conditions

This position involves a field environment with the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.

Employment Requirements

Successful candidates must pass a background screening and pre-employment drug test.
