- Educate patients and their families on necessary services and procedures.
- Collect and maintain essential documentation related to patient care.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in quality assurance or nursing case management.
- Active and current RN license in Texas.
- Strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of management principles.
- Excellent communication abilities with a high level of professionalism.
- Familiarity with clinical patient care and infection control standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and data management tools.
