Role Responsibilities:

As a Quality Control Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough reviews of case files and records to ensure compliance and identify areas for enhancement or corrective measures.
  • Monitoring and ensuring that contractual performance standards are consistently achieved.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of quality assurance programs by reviewing existing policies, interviewing staff, and assessing participant feedback.
  • Preparing and submitting weekly reports on quality assurance findings.
  • Providing constructive feedback to management regarding potential improvements.
  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring that all clients engage in the client satisfaction survey.
  • Guaranteeing that all clients receive a return call within 24 hours of their inquiry.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A self-motivated and adaptable approach to teamwork.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance protocols and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Proficiency in computer and data management.
  • An understanding of eligibility determination processes and filing systems.
  • An associate degree or higher in human services, education, psychology, sociology, or a related discipline, along with two years of relevant experience.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing and proof of liability insurance.
Additional Information:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.00 and allows for remote work.
