This position encompasses a hybrid role of Business Analyst and Quality Assurance (BA/QA) focused on Mainframe technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage actively in a Scrum team to achieve sprint objectives.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architecture to ensure optimal solution design.
  • Work alongside Product Management to enhance user stories and manage the Team Product Backlog.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Document current and future state process flows.

  • Design, strategize, and execute various testing methodologies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant products and technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical roles and quality assurance.
  • A minimum of 2 years working within the Scrum framework.

  • Familiarity with Mainframe technology and programming languages.
