Role Responsibilities:

The Quality Control Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough reviews of case files and records to ensure compliance and identify areas for enhancement or corrective measures.
  • Monitoring adherence to contractual performance standards.
  • Evaluating quality assurance protocols by reviewing existing policies, interviewing staff, and assessing program effectiveness.
  • Preparing and submitting weekly reports on quality assurance metrics.
  • Providing consistent feedback to management regarding potential areas for improvement.
  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring that all clients participate in satisfaction surveys.
  • Guaranteeing prompt communication by ensuring all clients receive a return call within 24 hours of their inquiry.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A self-motivated and adaptable approach to teamwork.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance practices and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Proficient computer and data management skills.
  • An understanding of eligibility determination processes and filing systems.
  • An associate degree or higher in human services, education, psychology, sociology, or a related discipline, along with two years of relevant experience.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing and proof of liability insurance.
Additional Information:

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour and allows for remote work.
