The Quality Control Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough reviews of case files and records to ensure compliance and identify areas for enhancement or corrective measures.
- Monitoring adherence to contractual performance standards.
- Evaluating quality assurance protocols by reviewing existing policies, interviewing staff, and assessing program effectiveness.
- Preparing and submitting weekly reports on quality assurance metrics.
- Providing consistent feedback to management regarding potential areas for improvement.
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring that all clients participate in satisfaction surveys.
- Guaranteeing prompt communication by ensuring all clients receive a return call within 24 hours of their inquiry.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A self-motivated and adaptable approach to teamwork.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Proficient computer and data management skills.
- An understanding of eligibility determination processes and filing systems.
- An associate degree or higher in human services, education, psychology, sociology, or a related discipline, along with two years of relevant experience.
- A valid driver's license in good standing and proof of liability insurance.
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour and allows for remote work.
