Position Overview
The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering and sustaining productive, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers within a designated portfolio of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate robust relationships with clients, engaging with essential business leaders and stakeholders while generating comprehensive sales reports.
- Address client inquiries, collaborate with production teams daily, and pinpoint new business prospects within existing accounts.
- Negotiate service and product terms with clients, adhering to management's established guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (including Production, Projects, Customer Service, Product Development, and Sales) to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of client campaigns and execute follow-through activities effectively.
- Develop and implement multi-channel, integrated proposals and programs utilizing the company's print, digital, and online resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of business operations, financials, products/services, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills.
- Capability to manage individual territory/accounts and allocate resources effectively.
- Proficient in collaborating and communicating professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).

Travel Requirements
Approximately 25% travel (once per quarter) for company meetings.
