  • Business Acumen: Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Flexibility: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
