Role Overview: The Media Campaign Success Coordinator is responsible for overseeing digital advertising initiatives, collaborating with various media sponsors focused on the public safety sector. This role is integral to ensuring that advertising campaigns are effectively optimized, yielding significant business value through renewals and upsells.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding and Campaign Management (40%): Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective campaign setup. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address their needs and objectives.
  • Performance Analysis and Recommendations (40%): Evaluate the performance of media campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Conduct training sessions to enhance client understanding of campaign tools and metrics.
  • Account Health and Growth Strategies (20%): Monitor account health, identifying opportunities for upselling and renewals. Provide responsive consulting to enhance client ROI through innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or customer success within a marketing agency.
  • Proven track record in managing digital advertising accounts, including social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
