Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at Fabiola Sears - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customers' success. You will grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Your career will grow as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred. Experience managing client relationships is preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs is required. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening - are necessary. Dedicated to customer service, you are able to anticipate customer needs and effectively relate to a customer. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within our agency. Compensation: $30,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year.
