About the Role:
The Christie Cannon Team is seeking a highly skilled New Agent Success Manager to join their team in Frisco, TX, US. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for newly licensed real estate agents into the company. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective training programs that equip agents with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire onboarding process for newly licensed agents, ensuring a seamless and engaging transition into the company.
* Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that include training on company systems, tools, procedures, and best practices in real estate.
* Develop an onboarding timeline to guide agents through their first 90 days, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in real estate office operations.
* Proven training experience in a real estate setting.
* Strong administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
