Job Title: Senior Account Executive, Client Growth Specialist

Lexipol LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Client Growth team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through consultative sales and account management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize growth and ensure seamless delivery of solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong consultative sales and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the public safety industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of local government procurement processes
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
