Job Summary:

The Scan Verification Associate I is a key member of our production team at Clarity Software Solutions Inc, responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all letters work that mail from our facility. This role involves utilizing various programs and equipment to audit jobs before they leave the facility, ensuring they meet our specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control: Reconciles piece counts on all jobs that have been inserted, performs quality control inspections on each job based on guidelines, and audits reports and signatures on job tickets.
  • Document Verification: Enters recoveries for pieces within jobs that require recovery, identifies and sets aside jobs that are missing pieces or need additional work, and uses our proprietary QC system to match cards to carriers.
  • Collaboration: Works cooperatively with other departments to help achieve manufacturing goals, assists in light handiwork/maintenance/cleaning as needed, and performs general housekeeping.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Skills: Basic math and reading skills required, experience navigating web browsers, and excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Lifting: Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs.
  • Pushing/Pulling: Ability to safely push/pull up to 100lbs.
  • Standing: Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time.
  • Mobility: Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, twist, and bend freely.
