About the Role:

This position is part of the Lockheed Martin Supplier Quality - Supplier Performance team, within the company's Quality Assurance department. The role reports to the Quality Assurance - Supplier Performance Senior Manager.

The candidate will function as a performance lead for the DQR/CQR model across the Lockheed Martin supply base. They will partner with the Supplier Quality Excellence (SQEx) organization and with DQRs/CQRs, SQE, SCM, Production, and other functions to assure progression of Supplier development, compliance and performance to requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and improve DQR/CQR system performance
  • Influence effective methods to reduce escapes to Lockheed Martin
  • Partner with SQEx and other functions to assure supplier development, compliance and performance

Requirements:

  • Team lead experience
  • Understanding of supplier quality requirements
  • Experience with data analytics and actioning
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of AS9100
  • Greenbelt certification; demonstrated process improvement experience
  • Familiarity with SSQS, SAP, Solumina, and JIRA
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer
