About the Role

Kravet Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality products and services to the interior design trade. We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Professional to join our dynamic Stamford Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients, identifying their needs and suggesting product solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product categories, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.
  • Quote and Order Management: Utilize our CRM system to quote and place orders for clients, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of their needs.
  • Customer Outreach: Perform regular customer outreach to reconnect and reactivate dormant accounts or specific target customer groups, generating interest and business opportunities.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Develop strong verbal and written communication skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support showroom objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Education or working experience in the Interior Design field, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and experience in selling custom products for home design.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong time management skills, ability to multitask, and exceptional organizational and follow-through skills. A natural affinity to serving others, a goal-oriented team player, and passion for design and business development.
  • Physical Demands: Physically able to perform the manual elements of the job.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 base plus a Monthly Incentive Bonus based on Showroom sales. Kravet Inc. is a family-owned company celebrating over 100 years, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
