Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients, identifying their needs and suggesting product solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product categories, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.
  • Quote and Order Management: Utilize our CRM system to quote and place orders for clients, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of their needs.
  • Customer Outreach: Perform regular customer outreach to reconnect and reactivate dormant accounts or specific target customer groups, generating interest and business opportunities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships based on integrity and trust.
  • Time Management and Organization: Demonstrate strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet sales goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Education or working experience in the Interior Design field, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and experience in selling custom products for home design.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships based on integrity and trust. Possess a positive can-do attitude, with a willingness to take on any task to support showroom goals.
  • Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 base salary, plus a monthly incentive bonus based on showroom sales.
