Job Summary

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College coursework in a related field helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

The Guest Services Agent will work in a hotel environment, interacting with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
