Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-out: Assist guests with arrival and departure, processing registrations and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience, communicating effectively to ensure all guest needs are met.
  • Cash Handling and Security: Handle cash and credit transactions, maintain confidentiality of guest information, and ensure the security of guest room access.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems.
