The Overnight Guest Services Coordinator is essential in guaranteeing our patrons' satisfaction from their arrival until their departure. As a Nighttime Front Desk Supervisor, your role encompasses maintaining the standards and integrity of our establishment during the overnight hours, typically from 11pm to 7am.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Enforcing safety and security protocols
  • Reconciling accounts from the previous day
  • Overseeing front desk operations and aiding with guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Arranging wake-up calls and various concierge services
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Updating necessary documentation
  • Ensuring all end-of-day tasks are completed effectively
  • Responding to inquiries and managing bookings
  • Processing cash and credit transactions
  • Auditing room revenue and generating financial reports
  • Resolving guest concerns and accommodating special requests
  • Maintaining efficient guest service and adhering to brand standards
Our team members may be required to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, depending on the operational needs of the hotel. Participation in training sessions and meetings is required.
