We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Field Service team as a Customer Service Representative General. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues, including meter problems, water quality issues, and service issues.
  • Perform meter change outs and ensure accurate and compliant meter operation.
  • Conduct cross connection inspections and testing in compliance with state regulations.
  • Perform call before you dig activities and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete meter reading activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Cross connection certification required or ability to acquire within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ability to work standby rotation.
  • High proficiency in communication skills.
  • Medium proficiency in computer skills.
  • 6 months or more of related experience.
