Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
  • Enter sales orders received via various channels
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipping, invoices, and backorders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Achieve product, technical, and territory knowledge
  • Service and support existing accounts
  • Handle complaints, provide solutions, and alternatives to meet customer needs
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Run daily and weekly reports
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and orders
  • Assist CSRs with order entry, phone calls, and reports

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills, both in person and virtually
  • Self-motivated and functions well independently and within a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Microsoft Office experience
