Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Discover and evaluate potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Oversight: Manage and nurture a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and benefit.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and feedback integration.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven 4-6 years of experience in Software/IT/AI/SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Aptitude for understanding and conveying technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
