Roles and Responsibilities:

Your role as a Digital Consultant will encompass three primary focus areas: client-facing project delivery, supporting sales initiatives, and engaging in internal and external communities.

  • Project Delivery:
  • Lead an account, team, or work-stream effectively.
  • Define, manage, and execute account and project strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients.
  • Assist in developing approaches, estimates, and proposals for new projects.
  • Service Area Excellence:
  • Create accelerators and open doors for new opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and contribute to the development of new service offerings.
  • Design and deliver internal training programs.
  • Contribute to customer-facing publications, including whitepapers and blogs.
  • Project Pursuit:
  • Scope and estimate new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present engagement proposals to potential clients, respond to RFPs, and draft Statements of Work.
  • Identify leads and opportunities within or outside current engagements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud-based data platforms, custom application development, or AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business technologies and processes.
  • Proven track record of client satisfaction and successful delivery of business and technical projects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to grow and enhance accounts.
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort in engaging with executives, IT management, and developers.
  • A technical degree is required; a background in computer science or mathematics is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn efficiently.
  • Experience in resolving challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to accurately estimate work, respond to RFPs, and draft Statements of Work.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client delivery.
  • Experience with partnership development within major cloud providers is advantageous.
