Position Overview:

The Salesforce Solutions Specialist will play a crucial role in configuring, customizing, and enhancing the Salesforce platform to improve functionality and user experience. Key responsibilities include:
  • Configuring, customizing, and maintaining our Salesforce system to maximize efficiency and user-friendliness.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Working alongside sales leadership to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement within the sales process.
  • Proposing and implementing strategies to boost operational efficiency.
  • Analyzing sales data and performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies.
  • Providing daily support to the sales team, troubleshooting issues, assisting in onboarding new sales personnel, and delivering ongoing training.
  • Coordinating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure alignment and collective achievement of company objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Possesses Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification.
  • Demonstrates proven experience in Salesforce support and training.
  • Has 5+ years of Salesforce experience in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail, data organization skills, and the ability to recognize patterns.
  • Is detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Is available to be in the office at least once a month.
