Job Title: Client Success Associate

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 clients in small to mid-sized markets
  • Keep abreast of developments and trends within the blockchain industry
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for clients and assess how QuickNode can assist them in reaching their goals
  • Engage in regular strategic discussions and relay insights to internal teams
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing for renewals and expansions
  • Evaluate client situations to ascertain the necessary level of service for satisfaction
  • Build a strong foundation of trust with clients to reinforce strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to monitor account health and pinpoint growth opportunities
  • Identify at-risk accounts and devise strategies to enhance retention
  • Respond to client concerns with promptness and urgency
  • Communicate resolution strategies both externally and internally
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess account health and gather requirements for further growth
  • Create and implement playbooks and other relevant content
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success within a rapidly growing environment
  • Proactive management of client relationships
  • Strong commitment to client success and growth facilitation
  • Capability to develop and implement success plans for clients
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with technical products and intricate technical concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in the Blockchain sector
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software

Compensation: Competitive salary structure with potential earnings up to $130,000 OTE per year (Level P2)
