Job Overview

Hifyve is seeking skilled Production Supervisors for both 1st and 2nd shifts within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Compensation: $90K - $110K, depending on experience

Main Responsibilities:
  • Production Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules while considering manufacturing capabilities and resource availability.
  • Output Management: Collaborate with Production Engineering to achieve production targets, ensuring that necessary resources and expertise are accessible for optimal production.
  • Product Knowledge Acquisition: Stay informed about new products and production techniques to facilitate a seamless transition to full-scale production.
  • Support Process Organization: Establish processes that ensure timely delivery and efficient ramp-up for production and customer service, maintaining quality standards through effective training and processes.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance and Efficiency Improvement: Oversee production infrastructure and drive efficiency through Lean Manufacturing principles, leading continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen events.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Manufacturing Operations
  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Business Engineering background is a plus
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and SAP/ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment
