Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for expanding an existing portfolio of clients. This role involves identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, presenting tailored solutions, and closing agreements to meet and surpass sales targets by leveraging Epsilon's extensive capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an individual contributor tasked with driving substantial revenue growth by utilizing business insights to uncover client needs and demonstrate how Epsilon's offerings can support their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver targeted solutions that align with client goals.
  • Design and present customized sales proposals that address critical client events and assist them in achieving their objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day account operations effectively, both internally and externally.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in marketing, merchandising, and media within client organizations, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with influential stakeholders in client organizations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Versatile marketer with expertise across various channels including online, direct mail, and print.
  • Self-driven and capable of identifying new business opportunities and closing sales.
  • Ability to evaluate client objectives and develop communication strategies that align with those goals.
  • Comfortable with consultative and solution-oriented sales approaches.
  • Strong strategic planning and business acumen.
  • Solid quantitative skills with a grasp of analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with marketing program design, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Exceptional negotiation capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills across different organizational levels.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sales Management software.
  • Preferred: BA/BS degree with a strong academic background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Digital Media Solutions.
  • Knowledge of Digital Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Excel Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Relevant experience in AdTech.
