Job Summary

The Insight Global team is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Document Review Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Document Review team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing various documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with custodial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and certify documents by cross-referencing checklists for specific accounts
  • Manage file processing and collaborate with internal clients to identify and resolve issues
  • Work closely with the team lead to develop and implement efficient document review processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality control

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a confident and proactive attitude
  • One to three years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a document review or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced skills such as V-lookups and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field
  • Finance or mortgage industry experience
  • Specialization in document review or review and post-closing processes
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
